The new 600KW photovoltaic plant is now operational

New Box today reaches an important milestone in its path towards environmental sustainability with the activation of the new 600KW photovoltaic plant at its main production facility.

A significant investment that represents a further concrete step in the company's strategy to reduce environmental impact and CO2 emissions.

The plant, which covers an area of over 3,000 square meters, testifies to New Box's constant commitment to sustainable innovation and environmental protection. This initiative is part of a broader green transformation program involving the company's entire production chain, from the choice of raw materials to the manufacturing and distribution processes.

"The activation of this photovoltaic plant is just one of the many initiatives that New Box is implementing to reduce its carbon footprint," comments the company's management. "Our goal is to be active protagonists in the ecological transition of the sector, demonstrating how it is possible to combine production excellence and respect for the environment."

The photovoltaic plant will allow to cover a part of the plant's energy needs, with an estimated reduction of CO2 emissions of several hundred tons per year.
